SENTHRU TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to all of the Terms, you may not use the App.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

The App is a mobile platform that allows users to send, receive, and transport items worldwide, nationwide, or locally. The App also allows users to earn extra cash by carrying excess luggage as travelers.

3. ELIGIBILITY

To use the App, you must be at least 18 years old, have a valid phone number, Identity Card, and a valid email address. You must also agree to these Terms and the SenThru Privacy Policy, which can be found at Privacy Policy.

4. REGISTRATION

To use the App, you must create an account and provide certain information about yourself, such as your name, email address, and phone number. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account information up-to-date.

5. USE OF THE APP

You agree to use the App in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the App to:

• Send or receive any items that are prohibited by law or by these Terms.
• Transport any hazardous materials or other items that could pose a risk to the safety of others.
• Violate the rights of others, including their intellectual property rights or privacy rights.
• Engage in any fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Abuse or misuse the App in any way.

6. FEES

SenThru charges a fee for using the App to send, receive, and transport items. The fee varies depending on the weight and size of the item, the distance it is being transported, and the speed of delivery. SenThru also charges a fee to travelers who earn extra cash by carrying excess luggage.

7. PAYMENT

You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the App in accordance with the SenThru fee schedule. SenThru accepts payment by credit card, debit card, and PayPal.

8. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

You may cancel your request to send, receive, or transport an item at any time before the item has been picked up by the sender. If you cancel your request, you will be charged a cancellation fee.

If you are not satisfied with the services provided by SenThru, you may request a refund within 7 days of the delivery of the item. SenThru will issue a refund if it determines that the services were not provided in accordance with these Terms.

9. LIABILITY

SenThru is not liable for any loss or damage to items that are sent, received, or transported using the App. SenThru is also not liable for any delays in delivery or other problems that may occur during the transportation process.

10. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold SenThru harmless from any and all claims, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be held in Gainesville, Virginia, and the arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SenThru with respect to your use of the App and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and agreements, whether oral or written.

14. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck from these Terms, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. WAIVER

No waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.

16. NOTICES

All notices and other communications under these Terms will be in writing and will be deemed to have been duly given when delivered in person, upon the first business day following deposit in the United States mail, postage prepaid, certified or registered, return receipt requested, addressed as follows:
